'The Swarovski crystals on the toe embody the ethos of the collection – looking down to your feet and being engulfed and overwhelmed by acid hallucinations. These are 'monkey' boots – so called because they were originally worn by roofers. This hard wearing footwear was worn all year round, evolving from a practical to a fashion shoe as the roofer's girlfriends, too poor to buy their own shoes, would borrow the boots and wear them out on the town.' Created in kangaroo leather, this slim- fitting jacket has four outer pockets with press stud fastenings, a concealed hood and zip fastening and a raised collar. The biker had soft suede elbow patches and is finished with a removable waist belt. The kangaroo leather is roughly finished at the hem and cuffs. The biker is lined with red check.
