The Calvalry suit jacket is single-breasted, with two flap pockets on the waist and a single chest pocket. The jacket features standard lapels, a three-button fastening, a four-button working cuff, and is finished with the Thom Browne signature grosgrain tipped placket detailing on the inner cuff. There is an American flag inspired pull tab on the nape of the neck – a feature seen across the spring/summer '11 collection. The half-lined interior follows this all-American theme, in a faded red, white, and blue cotton. The Calvalry suit trousers are a high-waisted, formal cut and are designed with a skinny waistband and no belt loops. The trousers feature a four-button pearlised fly, two discreet hip jet pockets and two button-down pockets on the back. The trousers feature a stitched turn up, designed to be worn short, a button detail cinch and the a Thom Browne pull tab in an American flag inspired colourway. For his spring/summer '11 collection, Thom Browne continues to explore the proportion and silhouettes of men's suiting with a homage to American preppy style. In addition to the signature Thom Browne silhouette, Browne's own interpretation of the true American Sack suit are the key shapes this season. This extra boxy short sack suit - seen here in a grey and white quad stripe - is completed by tailored shorts, which cut below the knee and have a four button fly.
